“The curiosity that drives my work is the very same that drove me to try pottery to begin with; I will never tire of learning something new. My passion is in mimicking the (sometimes odd) beauty of nature with a medium that lasts for decades. I love watching students grow their confidence in difficult techniques and get inspired by shapes and concepts around them. As a relatively new artist to the pottery community, I am honoured to have the opportunity to see what others at our studio can accomplish with the freedom to explore their curiosity. I think that is the most rewarding thing I will ever do.”
